I think it may be possible that some of the supplements are causing more of your endo pain. Dong Quai and Black Cohosh are estrogenic. Perhaps you could try stopping them and see if that makes a difference in the pain. I understand that you are trying to control your depression, but there are really no easy answers for this crummy perimenopausal time. I am going through it too, so I understand.
