I had a lap done on Feb. 3rd. That was on a Monday and 2 oclock Wednesday my pain returned in my left side.I had my postop appointment Monday (three weeks after my surgery) and I am at rock bottom. I completely lost it!He has NEVER even touched my stomach to check it. Then the doctor looks at me like I stupid or crazy and tells me he has no idea what is causing my pain. It was like he was trying to say well, we did the lap and you have stage 2 endo and I burnt off what I could but I have no idea what is causing your pain so good luck! I went off and starting crying and then he ordered a MRI to be done, but I havent heard from them as to when the appointment for that is and this Doctor is labeled a (reproductive endocronoligist). He also ask me if I would object to going to a pain clinic AFTER he said he was not going to treat me with narcotics. I told him isnt that the place where they put you on narcotics? Then he put me on antidepressants and muscle relaxers and tylenol with codeine. I take one pill and feel energized (antidepressant) then take another and go DOWN(muscle relaxer) when will this all end? I know I am not the only one out there with problems like this, I just need someone to talk to and I'm sorry this is so long,if they are a Doctor out there that has any advice,I would sure appreciate it.Does this sound like a doctor that knows what he is talking about?
