depression and lupron

i'm feeling extremely depressed lately. i'm wondering if it's related to the lupron. i've only been on it for 10 days. could it be causing depression that soon? or am i just depressed because i think we are finally done ttc? how do i snap out of this funk? my ob/gyn's nurse told me it could be because of the lupron, and to try upping my dosage of zoloft for 2 weeks to see if that helps. but i also have to make an appointment with my family doctor about getting refills for the zoloft. i'm not too keen on upping my dosage without talking to my family doctor since he is the one who prescribed it.

anyway, if depression is a side effect of lupron, how long does it last? i'm not even the same person anymore. even my students have noticed that i don't smile anymore. gee, it's only been 10 days, but looking back, i've been feeling this way since november when i had my laparoscopy.

just curious about this. anyone else experience this? how did you get through it?
