No there are no adverse reports that indicate birth defects occur from
lupron. I went through rounds and rounds of genetic counseling at John
Hopkins in Baltimore and was reassured that the rate of defects reported
were under 3%, which is the same for the general population. There is
however an increased risk of miscarriage and low birth weight babies.
