I'm sorry you're in so much pain. Um, I had a similar problem but I
wasn't born with it... My right ovary was attached to my right
uterosacral ligament which were then all attached to the wall of my
pelvis. My Gyn excised as much as she could and excised (removed) the
ligament. I went on Lupron then I went on continuous birth control,
then I had another Lap (#3) then I went back on Lupron again. I know
how painful it can all be and I'm sorry I couldn't be of some help.
Maybe the neurologist will be able to help.
