I can probably count on that being there forever. I have stage IV endo and massive adhesions and scar tissue from the three laparotomies I've had. I can't imagine they would try to fish it out. One interesting tidbit of info...I had my eggs retrieved on Sunday for IVF and they actually retrieved two eggs from the recently discovered remnant! I couldn't believe it!
