I forgot to ask him what it indicates when there is an 'Heterogeneous Echo Pattern' in the uterus or is a cyst is'Echo Free'. My left ovary has total volume w/ 2.4cc and a 2cm oval complex cyst within the ovary w/ medium level internal echoes. The right is 17cc volume w/ several 'Echo Free' cysts, the largest 3.3cm diameter. Does this have to do w/ mass density?? And if so, is hollow less troublesome then solid??
