Having a bad day

Hi all. Just needed to vent a little bit. I am having so much pain today and I think I might go mad. I have endo on an artery that was not removeable under my right ovary. In doing my lap my ob found that I have a defect where my ovary is growing inside the pelvis wall. It is not from adhesions. I was born that way. I only have two small spots of endo, and extreme pain at times, but like I said, she was unable to get rid of it because of where it is located. She doesn't seem to know what to do with me, and believes that my pain stems from my ovary being compressed by the muscle tissue. I don't know what to think and am so frusterated because it has been 2 months and the pill is not working, and I think I am growing tollerant to the Vicodin. Has anyone heard of this ovary thing and does anyone have any suggestions on specialists in Arizona? My ob has reffered my to a neurologist because of the pain that radiates down my back, but and leg, but I don't know how much the neurologist will help. I would appreciate any feedback. Thanks
