I,too, have a very sensitive bowel. I'm not sure if it is just me or endo plays a factor, but when I had a barium enema (or sort of a "lower GI") I was on the table breaking out in cold sweats, thought I would pass out, and was yelling every name in the book from the pain(and that just isn't me!!). Anyway, that's just not a very natural place to stick a tube up and inflate yourself w/ air and liquid! HA!
