I have heard of this. A friend of mine told me that her aunt went five months thinking she was pregnant. This was back in the days when ultrasounds were new. When she finally got an ultra sound because she never felt the baby move and they could not pick up the heart beat, the sac was empty. I gather this is very rare. I am so sorry to hear this....I too have sufferred a misscarriage and it is devastating.

I wish you the best
