They (Koh and Janik) are very highly respected for the expertise in excising endo. I don't know where you live, but if they are the closest endo experts to where you live, don't hesitate in going to them. I've of a number of women who have been very pleased with their endo surgeries performed by Dr. Koh. Do a search on the forum -- type in Dr. Koh and see what you come up with it. I've never heard a negative word about his surgeries.
