ditto for me, Dena. no one's seen anything on the multitude of pelvic MRIs, ct scans or U/S's I've had for other reasons. but my hormone levels definitely showed that something was in there steamin' away. I have extensive abdominal adhesions from multiple bowel surgeries and going back in just for the remnant is not an option. and there are others that have had the remnant fished out, only to have other remnants that had been dormant, take over. I was having a lot of pain due to the remnant (ended up in the ER and was admitted 4 or 5 times). I was to the point that I was bleeding all the time despite a whole variety of hormone therapies. I had pretty disfunctional ovaries to begin with. I'm taking Synarel (similar to Lupron) which has (thankfully) given me relief from the pain. with the consent of my docs, I am taking it for as long as needed.
