Need help with Ultrasound results please

Hi All,

I just got my ultrasound results back, showing a 5cm. echogenic cyst on left ovary and 2cm echogenic cyst on right ovary. The report says results are most characteristic of endometriosis. My question is, how accurate are the ultrasound results? Is there a chance this could be ovarian cancer or would that have shown up on the ultrasound report? I feel bloated a lot and I know this is a symptom of ovarian cancer, but is it possible to be bloated from endometriosis? I have been previously diagnosed with stage IV endo in 5/94 laproscopy, so I tend to think it is endo, but I am worried none the less. Thanks so much for any input, Nicole
