I have had menstural problems for quite sometime. My dr's. have perscribed me on different pills, which have not worked so far. I am currently on one called Sprintec. I started it and 10 days later started spottting and heavy bleeding for just about a month. I used to go without periods sometimes for 3 months at a time, but recently have started having periods that last a month long with heavy bleeding and big clots. My lower back hurts and my insides seem to hurt. It seems like it is getting worse. I have cramping before my periods and sometimes after. I do know that I have a few small cysts on one ovary but docs. are not concerned since they are small. I am miserable and frankly tired of bleeding all the time! I usually only have like 10-14 days with no bleeding or cramping and soreness! My dr. said if these pills do not work she will send me to a specialist. I think I have suffered with this long enough and it is time to get a doc. to do something besides prescribe meds.!! What do you all think? It is only getting worse... Help, I need some advice on what you think! Thanks, Angel
