Re: any advice?

Monica, I have the same exact problem. My husband and I just try different positions to see which seem to hurt the least. I also found that if he gives me a good back rub, it helps me relax some, which dulls the pain and helps me to get in the mood. Sometimes it is hard to get in the mood when you know pain will probably follow. I also take Ibuprofen before hand to help dull the pain. That means we almost have to "plan" sex ahead of time, but I guess that is better than nothing! Thankfully, I have a great hubby who understands, so that helps too. I know how frustrating it can be. If I don't have pain during, I usually do after, anywhere from 24-48 hours afterwards. I also spot and bleed some after sex. VERY FRUSTRATING! Just try to hang in there and know you are not alone. You can email me privately if you want to vent!

Hugs! Amy

Can anyone give me any advice about what they did to help this? My dr's only advice is to practice . . . but it's hard to do anything when it hurts so bad! Anything would be greatly appreciated!
