Course Update" Actually, I did not find Mary Lou's standard "form letter" approach, written to an individual yet copied here, to be very helpful or detailed, frankly. I felt it was a minimal glossing over of the issues, touching briefly on the topic at hand, in what was basically just an EA "commercial." She did not address the ethics or morals of the situation nor acknowledge the huge amounts the EA has taken from TAP over the years.
