For jsodapop5 or anyone else in the same situation as listed below:

Could you look into taking the monthly shots, which usually run about $500? That way you wouldn't go over the cap. I hope that a monthly injection isn't costing you $1500. I thought that was the expense for a 3 month dosage. At least it was for me last year when I took it. Three months is more convenient, as it is less trips to the Doc office to get the injection, but at least the monthly version would not hit the monthly insurance cap. Just making a suggestion here-hope I am not off base. I live in SE Indiana and my Doc got the shots directly from TAP and had them shipped to his office. I know that the monthly was like $528 and the three month version was over $1500. Feel free to email me privately if I can help. I'm not pushing Lupron on anyone, but would hate to see someone not be able to try it (if that is what they WANT to do) because of dumb insurance BS!
