>What does TAP mean? I'm sort of flat-lining here, and can't figure it out quickly! I've never heard of taking Lupron for years and years. The old school of thought was 6 months max. In the long run, the old school of thought often turns out to be wisest. I think a second opinion is a good idea. Sometimes, when a diagnosis doesn't come up after numerous tests, it makes sense to try a medication to see if the problem goes away.. I don't think it makes sense to make a diagnosis of endo without any tests and throw a medication at it. And Lupron for years? Wouldn't you get osteoporosis, among other things?
