Advice....From: babylangston (anonymous@obgyn.net)Wed Jan 15 03:59:20 2003
I am usually close to an expert when it comes to endo but now when i need the advice for myself I am clueless. I have been struggling for my dx for over 2 years and when I finally got close, with a lap, everything got snatched away again. I got the lap but my doctor reported back to me that I am endo free and everything else is normal too. He even cut me off my pain meds because he was so sure I was fine. This pain is not in my head... I have even seen my lap pics and know that things are not right! I am also trying to conceive, I have been trying for 3 years, and I am not getting any help on that either. I am finally at the point where I just want to be done with it all. No more doctors, no more support groups (I manage 3), no more ttc, nothing! How do I get myself out of this rut. Like I said, I know alot about endo and I know my body so how do I get a doctor to help me? I am in Alaska so if anyone happens to be up here to it would be great for some gyn or re's names in Anchorage. Sorry my first post was a venting session.. I am not normally like this but if you knew what I have been through you would understand...
