Hi Kristy,

I imagine that decisionmaking must be much more complex for someone with both PCOS and Endo than for someone with just one or ther other.

But what I was saying is that I don't think that rule applies when you're talking about surgery as treatment for endo.

My point is that there are other options to treat endo besides hormonal drugs. Do you disagree with that?

Do you have any reason to believe that laparoscopic excision of endo would make PCOS worse?

I do think it must be a very frustrating and difficult situation to have both diseases, and I don't envy you.

But I just want to emphasize that I don't think ALL treatments for endo should require a choice between treating endo and PCOS.
