Re: Help with pain!

One natural remedy -- actually two -- that I have heard good reports of lately is Menastil. This is an all natural topical pain reliever that you roll on to the areas of pain, and it is supposed to work within 15-20 minutes. From what I've heard, it won't eliminate severe pain, but it will take the edge off.

I've also heard that when you combine Menastil with Thermacare or Playtex heating patches, it helps a lot.

You can order a free sample of Menastil through the ERC website at this address:

I hope this helps.

Also, another treatment that I have no personal experience with, but have heard some good success stories about, is TENS -- Trans Electric Nerve Stimulation.
