Re: Help with pain!

Jean, I like naproxin sodium a lot (it's generic Aleve.) Other times, if I feel that my pain is mostly from inflamation, asprin really helps in conjunction with a heating pad. If you don't have one yet, I recommend that you get a "bed buddy". It's a long sock-like thing with handles on each side and it smells like it's full of rice when heated. You put it in the microwave for 2 minutes and it stays hot for an hour. They're about 10 dollars at Rite Aid. It comes in a box, so don't go looking for a long sock-like object (hehe). I try to save my vicodin only for serious pain, or for when I just can't take the regular pain anymore. If you're having any endo-related leg pain, massagers work wonders!
