Could I have endometriosis??? Reply: Mindy: "Re: Could I have endometriosis???" I have been off of birth control and trying to conceive for 4 months. For the last 4 weeks I have felt slight pain on my right side. It started the week before my period and has continued for the last three weeks. Today I have notice a more concentrated pain, particularly when pulling my abdominal muscles in. I have had similar pains associated with ovulation however I know that this is not due to ovulation because I ovulated last week (confirmed by OPK and BBT)Is this cause for concern? What should I do?
