Very rarely am I ever comfortably regular. Regardless of how well I eat, even if I'm eating 7 to 8 servings of fruit and veggies per day (sometimes more), I will be constipated for a couple weeks. Then out of nowhere, the diarrhea hits like a freight train and my body empties completely. I experienced this more before my last surgery almost 8 weeks ago.
