Hi Kristy,

I've just visited the Women's Health forum and found one of the messages where it says triphasics are not good to take continuously. I have printed it out and will show it to my doctor next time I see her.

But as far as three different hormones, all the messages there say it is three different LEVELS of hormones, not three different HORMONES.
