Hi Kayla,

Danazol is a male hormone that is supposed to make you stop ovulating, but it has male side effects, like hair growth and deepening your voice, that can be permanent. There are other options, like natural progesterone cream, that has apparently worked for a lot of women.

One thing I wanted to point out, though, is that it does take your body a while to adjust to the continuous birth control. How long have you been on it? For me, it took a couple months before the bleeding and pain stopped, but it did eventually work.

Is Chicagoland the same thing as Chicago, Illinois? Here is a list of recommended endo experts: http://hcgresources.com/docs.html

I hope this helps.
