>I read sylvias comments the day before i was due to have a barium enima,to be honest they scared the life out of me,it was nowhere near as bad as she made out thank goodness,its a little uncomfortable,but thats about all,anyone out there due to have one dont be scared just try and relax and you will be fine,the bowel prep the day before is the worst part, the actual barium enima is a piece of cake compared to that
