Re: Stress and Endo...

I, too, have noticed that when I am under stress that the Endo flares up. However, I did notice that when I change my eating habits and not embark on junk food (so easy to do with college...I can definitely relate), the Endo is not as bad even when stress levels are up. I have been experimenting with myself for the last year with the bc pill (didn't work), surgery, progesterone cream, increased fiber, some supplements, barely any dairy, and moderate soy. While this may not help you in time for finals, it may help you in the future. We all know different methods work for different people. I wish you well with your finals and I do hope your Endo stops flaring up as much, especially under stress, because God knows we don't need that on top of all that we are responsible for. I am a wife of a highly dedicated Active Duty military man and Mom of 2 school age kids who are in sports and have extra-curricular activities. I attend college full-time as well, so I know exactly what you are going thru. I have finals this week as well. We can do it, though. We will perservere! Again, I wish you well! Amy
