Hi Ashli,

I had a lap on Wed. Nov 27th, and was very scared too. If you look in the archives on Nov 27th or 28th you will see my post where I described in detail the procedure and how I felt afterwards. I've had a c-section and gall bladder removal so I was expecting great pain. But I felt really good aftwards except for a slight nauseaus feeling on the long drive home. I didn't vomit and it went away quickly though. I think it probably varies from person to person, but this procedure isn't too bad at all. I was well enough to work on Friday, but had stayed home just in case. For a week, I took it a little easy like going to bed early and not running around too much just to not overdo. See if you can plan around a long weekend and you should be fine.
