I have no idea about Lupus or Alesse, but I do know that Diane 35's cyproterone acetate is very anti-androgenic as c.a. can be used specifically or that purpose. You might like to have a look at http://www.med.umich.edu/obgyn/resdir/contraception/OralContLalley.htm to get some more idea about Alesse in comparison to other pills.
