I can't give you much medical info., but I wanted to tell you that I am in the same boat. I have endo and I'm using Alesse. It has worked wonders for me, and I hope the day never comes where it stops working and the pain comes back. And my maternal aunt has Lupus as well. If you find any info., please share it on this site. This is something that I too would be interested in finding out. It is easy to get worried about these things (believe me, I'm the world's biggest worry-wort), but try not to...you'll be o.k.!
