Leslie, Ortho-Tricyclen is not a good choice for women with Endo b/c it is a triphasic pill. B/c of the different hormones in these kind of pills it has a very high chance of making Endo worse and you can't take it in the way that you would a monophasic pill to try and suppress Endo. The best kind of pill for women with endo especially if they are going to suppress periods are monophasic pills like Desogen. Hi, I agree with Leslie about finding another dr and while it's true that Planned Parenthood is dealing mostly with birth control options, someone there may know of a dr in your area who can treat Endo. Another thing you could do is to check with your local health department. Feel free to e-mail me privately any time. ===== Kristy :) http://www.geocities.com/sokokl/kristyspersonalpage.html I am a Medical Secretary who does a lot of learning from reading on the Net, books, my dr(s), as well as sharing my own personal experiences.
