Re: BCP Poll

Tracy, I take Lo-Ovral and have found it works well for me. Right now I am taking it continuously (no periods) and it is really helping my endo pain to subside. I have also tried Ortho-Tricyclen which I hated. It made me gain almost 10 pounds (10 pound on a small frame is BAD!), gave me really awful migraines, and decreased my sex drive. The Lo-Ovral doesn't give me a single side effect and seems to help the Endo symptoms too. Just be forewarned: It seems like many women try several kinds of pills before they find the right mix. Just talk it over with your Doc and see what he/she thinks. Good luck! Hope you find one that works well for you and that you have pain free days ahead.

Hugs! Amy
