Tracy, In the last 5 years I've been on the following bcps: 1. Lo/Ovral (both conventionally-meaning entire pack-and continuously-meaning just the first 3 weeks of pills) 2. Desogen (both conventionally and continuously) 3. Mircette (continuously) 4. Ovral (continuously) 5. Ovcon 35 (this is the one I'm on right now) 6. Ogestrel (generic for Ovral, was only on this temporarily but back to Ovcon now) 7. Ortho-cept (conventionally) The one that has worked best for me is Ovcon 35. I had considered at one time Ortho-Tricyclen and Yasmin but the answer to both of those was no b/c of the potential for tons of breakthrough bleeding. Also as I later found out and have shared it here Tri-cyclen can not be taken continuously b/c of the different kinds of hormones in it.
