Re: I found relief from endo pain! Without drugs

I, too, have found some relief utilizing the advice Mills and the doctor
she wrote the book with, give. I know that different methods work for
different people, because I have tried several things that have not
worked for me, but have worked for others (i.e. the pill, surgery,
etc). I figured I couldn't lose in any way if I tried the diet change
Mills and the doctor suggest. I have not taken the full swing, but am
following a good portion of the recommendations. I refuse to get
cancer, and am hoping these changes aid in the prevention of the Endo
causing that other terrible disease. I, like Rhonda, highly suggest
y'all check out this book and try the advice. I hope it works for y'all
like it seems to be for us. God bless you all!
