Hi Natasha:

I have endo and adhesions, but I'm in Canada. For information from an Australian perspective, please go to http://www.bombobeach.com

On the left side of the screen you will find the message board, for a password you can just use your name and a series of three numbers (i.e. 123). I'm sure you will find others there who can help you with Australia specific questions.

Also, there is http://www.adhesions.org

Perhaps you will find some answers and/or support there as well. At this site you will find info concerning what your surgeon can do to prevent adhesion formation. It's only my opinion, but I don't think Arnica will help at this stage. If it would work, it would be during the adhesion formation stage, which I believe is the first 7 to 10 days after surgery (after that they just sort of thicken and/or tighten).

I believe that there are adhesion/endometriosis specialists in Australia. The bombobeach site should be able to help you. Both of the above sites are associated with obgyn.net. If not, post again, and I will try to help you further.

I do know what you are going through. Best wishes. Clare
