Ilene, I have been using the cream for 8 1/2 years now with amazing success. I lost an ovary to endo in 1989 and was diagnosed with stage 3 at that time, although the staging criteria may have changed since then. Based on my op report I would guess I was closer to a stage 4. The theory behind it is that estrogen dominance is responsible for the endo and progesterone helps by balancing our estrogen. The best way to use it for endo is twice a day, continuous for 2 months and then cut back to 3 weeks each cycle, taking the period week off. Please check out http://www.natural-progesterone-advisory-network.com, especially their e-book, for a lot more information. Also Dr. John Lee at http://www.johnleemd.com. You have a problem in Canada as you can't get it over the counter. You have to get a doctor to wirte a prescription and have it filled at a compounding pharmacy. Unless you live close to the US border and can come over to buy it in the US. Best of luck! BJ
