I stayed the same all hru the six months. I was laid off from work, due to lack of work avail ble. I had to pay cobra 220.00 per month and 20.00 to Giant for the inj ction. It was very costly and did absoutely nothing for me. I was more depressed than ever. I believe it also causes cancer, but I have no inf rmation to back this up. Maybe others have had better luck. >

-- Due to accute episodes of accute and strong pain, my 15 yr old dauhter has had 2 laps in the last 9 months in which the first one revealed a large ovarian cyst(6cm) The 2nd was due to a smaller cyst but according to the surgeon, had twisted which would explain the severe and almost intolerable pain. Both times the pain subsided after surgery for a while. She has just had another episode and her GYN is saying now that he questions the last cyst as being the source of the pain because she has been on birth control since the 1st surgery. He has offered other possible causes such as over reacting to normal cramps, bowel or kidney problems(she had an ultrasound today) and endometreosis. He has talked about Luprin as a last resort to treat this if this is what she has. She has a hx of anxiety, depression, migraines and a mild siezure disorder and is taking many meds already so to throw Luprin in at this point worries me. I don't want her to continue having to take pain meds on a regular basis, I don't want her to suffer but at her age and her other problems I don't know if this is a wise choice. Any advise?
