Well i can't tell you 100% what it is i can only tell you my experience. I have endo and they contributed the painful sex to this. then they said my uterus was tipped, any created pelvic congestion, therefore that was why sex was painful. Now 2 months after surgery sex is the most painful thing in the world i hurt for days after. Granted sex was painful before surgery, but this is awful. Good Luck.
