Hi Shellye: I just wanted you to know that I am having the same debate. I am currently using Depo Provera and Vioxx which do help a great deal with pain. However, they both have gotten some bad press and at age 25 I wonder which will do me more harm....hysterectomy or 25 years of Depo Provera and Vioxx? My doctor told me that I wouldn't likely make it to Menopause with my organs so I guess I need to do some research on the benefits of holding out. Anyway, I just wanted you to know that I have some of the same issues and concerns; you aren't alone. Amanda
