Well, I had a Laparatomy. Removed left ovary and tube (endometioma) and part of my right ovary (dermoid). I miscarried my last pregnancy at about 8 weeks. the doctors discovered the cyst and mass from an ultra sound after the miscarriage. I went on clomid for 6 months trying to conceive. I was ovulating - ultra sound - and my 21 day progesterone was always good, according to my docotr. the last two cycles, we even tried IUI. My hubbys sperm was super, no prob. at all. We ensured intercourse on days 8,10,12,14,16,18 no matter what, and still nothing. Now he is away for 6 months and I will be almost 40 when he returns. Any ideas out there as to what my problem COULD be? I ovulated, sperm analysis was great, intercourse was right. GRRRRRR.... I wish i had met my hubby when we were in our 20's. Oh, we already have one child, conceived with 3 cycles of clomid.
