There are placebo pills in every pack. Be sure not to take the placebo pills if that is what your doctor has instructed you to do. You can call your pharmacist to confirm which pills in your pack are the placebo pills. Good luck! I am just about to start taking Tri-Levlen which is just like Ortho Tri Cyclen. I am NOT excited about being on the pill again, I have avoided it like the plague for years, and now I have to take it...lovely! Anyways, good luck to you.
