I too suffer from a lot of sleepless nights and have always suspected it was from endo. I find myself having a hot flash once in awhile too, although I am not taking anything other than regular birth control (Lo-Ovral). My sleeplessness also seems to be without reason: not due to pain, having to go to the bathroom, etc.-just can't sleep well. I take nytol sometimes-it seems to help. One caution if you take Nytol: The dosage is two pills. I find that if I take two, I will be lethargic and "hungover" the next day. I usually take one-half to one when I need it. That much knocks me out just enough to sleep good, but without the hangover the next day. Hope that helps and you have many peaceful nights ahead!
