I probably had some of the worst side effects. I gained about 40 pounds which now i have finally taken off after about two years. I had huge hot flashes and night sweats, my doc wouldn't help me with any of these. I also had very bad migranes and nausea. I was hardly eating anything due to the nausea and going to school, however if I put a carrot in my mouth i would gain 10 pounds. Good Luck, Lupron is definately not for everyone, hope you do well.
