I have adhesions in the same place as well. I use fiber-con tablets if
I get "backed-up" I also try to avoid things I know will make me bloat
like dairy products and soda.(I have a real hard time giving up soda) I
also try to stay away from beer. I also eat a lot of salads for lunch.
It really helps alot if I drink water as well. another thing I do is
eat small snack type meals through out the day rather than three meals.
