Yes, it certainly can. At least for me. I had a similar situation last spring -- constant pain for months, sex pain like you don't know, and all of a sudden, it went away for a while. Its off and on now, but in my experience, intermittent pain is common with endo. Good luck...I hope your pain stays gone for a long time. Keep us updated.
