Hi, I too had a hysterectomy for endo about 15 months ago. The pain is back. My doctor is sending me to an abdominal specialist at the University of Utah. I'm 29. My female problems started when I was 13. An ovary was removed due to a dermoid. I had 2 kids by the time I was 22. I decide to have a tubal ligation when my doctor discovered I had endo (age 27 I think). So he burned the endo during the tubal ligation. About a year after that the pain was back, he recommended hysterectomy and I gladly had it. About 6 months after that the pain was back. The pain is quite strange. It comes and goes. It feels like the same pain I had before the hyst. and in the same place. The doctor thinks it could be a nodular between the rectum and vagina (though he's not sure). If it is a nodular in that spot, it will be a very tricky operation. The doctor told me before the hyst. that the endo. could come back because it's like seeds. signed, Frustrated & tired in Idaho
