Do the endo diet and go to an "endo specialist" like Redwine, Albee, Reich, etc.. More specialists are listed at

Do a forum search for endo diet and you should find loads of info -- basically eliminate all dairy, phytoestrogens (soy products, tofu, beans, etc.), excess caffeine, chocolate, ....
