Same thing happens to me too. I often bleed vaginally when having a BM the week before my period. During my period, BMs are usually quite painful. I know in my case this is caused by some endo adhesions on my bowels. I have never had a problem with constipation however. This could be caused by pain medication if you are on any. These kinds of problems seem to be quite common with endo so you are not alone. Sometimes it just helps to know you are not alone!
