Hi, I actually received my first shot yesterday. Not much happening yet, they said it can take up to two weeks to kick in fully. It's Lupron-Depot. Go to yahoo or Google and type in endometriosis, but actually there is a better website- luprondepot.com has great information and answers many questions. Good luck! Missy
